    Got off the phone tonight with the Manager at Burgerville RE: my last visit. Seems this OC branch is going through a transition phase of a new manager and maybe new employees? She said she'll talk to the crew to make sure this doesn't happen again and not to rush the orders. I understand this happens but it's simple, this should not happened to the same person twice in a month. Maybe it's a sign that I should stop eating fast food and start "checking into a gym" instead. End Result: The manger made it right on my end and she did a good job of following up with me. Looking forward to going back to see what improves.

    Chain food places start at a disadvantage because they don't have a chef that is vested in the food quality. They know that as long as the food is of a reasonable quality and that you have a pretty good idea of what you will get before you drive in the lot, then they have met requirements. I don't know about you, but anytime my work is evaluated as "meets requirements" I feel like I have been insulted. So I suppose if meets requirements makes you happy, then Burgerville will make you almost giddy. These guys pride themselves on locally sourced food and rotate differing seasonal specials on their menu. Right now the rosemary fries are being featured and you shouldn't miss those. They are tasty shoestring fries with a garlic rosemary seasoning that is really good. Just in case they don't have enough garlic, they include a garlic aoili doing sauce. The Tillimok cheddar with peppered bacon burger sounds terrific on the menu. The cheese and bacon live up to the hype. The size of the burger is my highly preferred quarter pound vs the way to much third pounder. This is where the picture becomes less rosy. The burger was overcooked, tough and tasteless. I resent spending that kind of money to get that quality. Complaining seems pointless. For about the same money Red Robin packs more Yummm. The basics are covered... The place it's clean, the country service cheerful and perhaps better at getting your order right the first time than many of their contemporaries. The produce is fresh. You don't wait a particularly long amount of time to get your order which is served hot and fresh. Sunday marks the arrival of strawberries. Short cake, Sundaes and probably strawberry lemon aid. Like the rosemary fries, they will charge you more and give you less than you expect, but it will be good and worth the stop on your way to somewhere you would go anyway. Props to them for their community involvement. Mickey, jack, red and the king skip that part.

    Dont know what happened .... usually we get realy good service but today my order was wrong , my wifes milk was forgotten and we had to go remind them we had strawberry shortcake coming ...... food was good as usual but service was horible

    Love that they use local vendors and I just like their food. The fish and chips are the best. The spread they use on sandwiches is also great. I can't think of anything bad to say about them

    Garbage. They forgot my mom's fries the breading on the chicken has been changed to generic crap breading and they weren't even fresh fries! How low for an oregon city burgerville. You used to be so much better.....put the old breading back please. Don't take the only happiness I get from fast food left.....ugh. ridiculous.

    Where you go, when you know! I know that Burgerville always has good burgers, great fish n chips, and astounding shakes. The Mocha Perk Shake is a 10! A bit pricey and service has it's issues on occasion but it's fast food...what do you expect?
